1.Research Independence & Objectivity

  • AxisCube Research operates under a strict independence framework.

    • Research conclusions are determined solely by analyst evaluation.

    • Commercial relationships do not influence scoring or positioning.

    • AxisCube does not operate a pay-to-rank model.

    • Vendors cannot purchase favorable positioning within research deliverables.

    All evaluations are conducted based on structured methodology, documented evidence, and analyst judgment.

2. Vendor Participation Policy

  • Vendors may:

    • Participate in structured analyst briefings

    • Submit product documentation and technical materials

    • Provide customer references where appropriate

    • Demonstrate product capabilities

    • Submit roadmap and innovation disclosures

    Participation improves factual accuracy but does not guarantee:

    • Inclusion in a report

    • Favorable positioning

    • Category leadership

    Final inclusion and positioning decisions remain at AxisCube’s sole discretion.

    AxisCube Research is committed to representing the full competitive landscape within a market category.

    Vendor participation strengthens evaluation accuracy. However, participation is not mandatory for inclusion.

    2.1 Inclusion Criteria

    Vendors that meet the predefined market inclusion criteria may be evaluated regardless of their level of engagement in the research process.

    A vendor cannot opt out of independent market evaluation if their product materially competes within the defined category.


    2.2 Evaluation of Non-Participating Vendors

    If a vendor declines or partially participates in the evaluation process, AxisCube may assess the vendor using:

    • Publicly available product documentation

    • Market intelligence and competitive benchmarking

    • Customer feedback obtained independently

    • Analyst research and ecosystem validation

    • Industry disclosures and financial filings (where applicable)

    AxisCube applies the same structured TriAxis™ evaluation framework across all vendors to maintain analytical consistency.


    2.3 Impact of Non-Participation

    Vendors who choose not to fully participate should understand:

    • Limited engagement may reduce the depth of contextual validation.

    • AxisCube is not responsible for missing product updates or roadmap disclosures not voluntarily provided.

    • Review and factual validation opportunities may be restricted to participating vendors.

    Final scoring reflects the information available at the time of evaluation.


    2.4 Commitment to Fair Representation

    AxisCube’s responsibility is to enterprise buyers and the integrity of market analysis.

    Market completeness and competitive neutrality take precedence over vendor participation preferences.

    Research inclusion does not imply endorsement, partnership, or commercial affiliation.

Vendors positioned toward the upper-right and deeper within the cube demonstrate balanced and sustained strength across all three dimensions.


3.1 Scoring Methodology

Evaluation may incorporate:

  • Structured vendor questionnaires

  • Analyst briefings

  • Product demonstrations

  • Public financial disclosures

  • Customer reference validation

  • Market intelligence analysis

  • Competitive benchmarking

Each dimension consists of multiple weighted parameters.
Detailed scoring weightages remain proprietary intellectual property of AxisCube Research.


3.2 Re-Evaluation & Market Updates

AxisCube reserves the right to:

  • Re-evaluate vendors based on new information

  • Update positioning in future report editions

  • Adjust scoring criteria to reflect market evolution

Methodology refinements may occur to maintain analytical rigor and relevance.

4. Conflict of Interest Policy

AxisCube maintains a structured conflict-of-interest framework.

  • Analysts must disclose potential personal or financial conflicts.

  • Analysts may not accept gifts or compensation that could influence research outcomes.

  • External advisory relationships that compromise neutrality are prohibited.

Research decisions are insulated from commercial sales functions.

5. Research Usage & Licensing Policy
